First Snow

Yesterday we awoke to the first snow of the year... way to begin December:-) The children were excited and spent a lot of time playing outside! Needless to say reading and math went out the window, but how do you pass up playing in the first snow?! Rocky enjoyed the snow I think, and was trying to catch and eat it a little bit. We also made winter bird treats- pine cones covered in peanut butter and then dipped in bird seed! The last picture is Chara and Ani washing up AFTER we made the bird treats.
