Butchering day

Well, I decided that perhaps it would be interesting to take part in another aspect of getting our food to the table. So... I ordered up ten chickens from a family about 30 minutes away and went out on butchering day to help! A storm blew up while we were there (this was the day about two weeks ago that two strong storms went through the area,) and I think that those pictures are probably more interesting than the chicken ones:-)
