birthday cakes

Borrowed Simeon's camera. Here is a picture of the beautiful birthday cakes that TWO friends made me. (FYI- I am completely caked out... please, no more cake for a while! Other desserts are OK:-) The small cake was made by my friend Kim who is just starting a cake making business. Her cakes are GORGEOUS. The other was made by my friend Christyn who does not have a business but LOVES to bake and will find an opportunity to do so for just about every occasion. Her generosity, love, and sweetness are encouraging! We also have a picture here of Silas (taken just this week), Simeon and Chara making cookies for a special occasion, and Kim and I working on 200 filled cupcakes for a wedding this past September.
